Who else has started working out as a healthy habit?

Who else has started working out as a healthy habit? I’m just starting to and have a few questions about favorite exercise or fav protein powder?
Thanks(:

Me! Now that I have energy again! It’s awesome! I walk, jog, swim, do yoga mostly. This summer, I want to learn to scuba dive and maybe Krav Maga or something similar. I feel exercise helps with any confidence issues and anxiety. Go for it!

Back to speed walking 5 miles everyday! Allows me to pray and listen to good music. Both very good for my soul. Not to mention I am seeing a change in my body! Great motivation to stay sober!

I’m just starting! My friend and I are actually taking the next two weeks trying different things to see what we like best. So far on the docket: rock climbing, bouldering class, Swing dance class, Aerial yoga, kickboxing, barre class, and a circus class lol.
Then in one month we’re starting a 6-week CrossFit training boot camp thing.

It’s so nice to have some energy back- and there’s soooo many interesting types of exercise to try out!

Sure have. I’m running a half marathon in June.

My daughters and I do some yoga most evenings. I feel better. Stronger, though not yet leaner :rofl:

I have a question tho, I’m little as it is and don’t need to lose weight I’m trying to make my fat muscle or tone up a bit. Would it be beneficial to get protein powder if I’m not getting enough in my diet? I know if you use it and don’t end up working out it can cause you to gain weight. Has anyone been using protein powder? Thank you everyone I’m starting to have more energy, I have more confidence, I have something positive to look forward to everyday.
I got the ring fit for the Nintendo switch I recommend for anyone who wants to make working out fun(:

Running has truly saved my life. Keep on crushing it Taylor
