Who else has gone through this scenario where you had tried quitting (whichever devise you’ve been struggling with) and you are on your “last one” but you don’t want to throw it away because “I already pay for it, how am I going to throw this money to waste? Let’s just finish it but I will not buy more” and the next thing you notice is that you are in a loop and this is not the first you’ve done it and deep inside you, you know you can’t fool yourself and you know that you will not break the loop.
