Something I keep coming back to in my mind is WHO am I without using??? Ive used for so long… i can barely picture who I am without using… and I’m so early in my recovery that nothing is coming together yet..

It takes time. The mind is foggy during the beginning of sobriety. Just go to meetings and stay busy. You might want to seek a councilor.
