Who knew federal regulation would create a vacuum that only the cartel can fill...Friends die daily to fentanyl and heroin due to this new wave of synthetic drugs...I think the government is aware and is letting it play out...Cause we addicts die there is no disease of addiction to haft to help or treat...this seems so Wrong anyone ?
