Who’s out there that may be willing to help me down this road of sobriety even if it’s just some words of wisdom or just a friend I desperately need to get sober I’m 35 years old I’m fearful if I keep doing this shit is going to kill me…….

Hello Travis and welcome. If you keep doing that shit it will kill you. Period. Maybe you didn't want to hear that but it's true. I'm not sure what your addiction is but you can't ever go back. You must go forward. Find a AA or NA meeting you like and go as often as needed. Out patient rehab might help. Information is available. Reach out help is there, just ask. Good luck and keep going.
