and I slept in! This is the first Saturday I have had off since before May. I am so grateful for this day and waking up sober! I was able to sleep for a really long time and I am feeling refreshed and 
blessed!

Grateful today for learning a little more about the dynamics of the front lobby personnel. Grateful for learning tools to handle difficult people that work there.
Grateful for being told we can open up services for 1:1 peer support 
! This is huge! I will be able to work with our community on a more personal level and assist them with personal growth in their sobriety journey! I am beyond grateful for the opportunity!
Grateful this morning for the new wegovey RX. I am hoping it will assist me in my weight loss journey as I pair it with better diet and exercise as well as MH therapies.
