for the first Saturday since May.....and I woke up at 5. Thankfully I was able to read a few minutes and go back to sleep. Woke up to Shiloh squeaking a toy non stop. Love her. She is hoarding all her toys at night so when she wakes up she chooses one to play with.
Gratitudes abound this morning for the BIP ladies getting all of their documents ready for the auditor. Grateful for my co facilitator being online yesterday and running the group for the first 45 minutes as my laptop got stuck in a BitLocker state. Had to have tech support reach out to walk me through the reboot. Whew!
I am grateful for the robust and intense conversations in the Virtual BIP group yesterday. Men thinking about their actions and thinking about their childhood experiences via the ACEs. We have a ways to go with a few of them and their peers are chimimg in with words of hope and change. Grateful to be apart of this!
Grateful this morning for a fantastic pay from BPPR. Looking forward to the afternoon there. Not sure which dog I will pull for some desk duty.
Grateful to be waking up sober. Even more grateful for this sobriety day on my journey!
Grateful to have a load of laundry going already and grateful to have a clean bathroom!
