Try yoga nidra which is a guided meditation. Try YouTube. There are specific ones for addiction recovery as well.

I try to stick to a sleep schedule. Exercise, meditation and a coffee cut off time. I also like the calm mg drink.
THIS! there is a guy on YouTube named John Moyer, who does guided meditations. I suffer(ed) from insomnia for YEARS and after finding his videos, I found that I was falling asleep faster, easier AND instead of waking every few hours, I'd get a full night's sleep! I definitely recommend giving him a try.

You should try a sleep meditation.
I’ll be honest I still have problems sleeping because I’m used to staying awake. Don’t get me wrong. I definitely sleep but it’s periodically. I got my MJ card. I usually just smoke myself asleep that’s about the only thing that helps.
