Why cant i do this!! I am so lonely if im with ppl im fine but when im alone with myself i fall apart! Ugh.

Being alone can be hard for sure, for some reason the cravings get amped up. Hope it eases up for you!

I hear you. I hope you feel better soon. If your in the beginning stages of recovery, try not to be alone, just until it's easier. I really don't have the answer. I wish I did. Wishing you the best.
