I’ve have heard that a book called Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker is good. Some people have the false belief that they need alcohol to help them sleep, but it’s simply not true! Learning the science of sleep is very helpful for some people
I think I'd have to looking into like something that my job can help with placing me in as to not affect my position I'm not sure

I need to take medical leave for personal reasons I'd feel like I'd have to at least tell HR or higher ups about my situation
I've never really used alcohols to sleep I'd just so happen to pass out and sleep till like later on or the next day and that when you like try to piece things together. But I do have like a sleep thing now as a result of my irregular sleep pattern from my drinking
