Why do i give people my energy that dont even deserve it?? Why do i give them the satisfaction in getting a reaction from me? Why??? Why cant i just step away and not say a word? Why do i have to engage into their nonsense? Also why do i have to let peoples actions effect what i want in life?? Looking for answers

Something I learned from the last few months is that I can’t change or control what others do but I can change how I react their gonna do what they do so take a min think about it don’t react in anger but react in peace
You can step away. You can’t control what others say, but you can always control your reactions! Nobody controls you, but you. It takes practice
