Just gratitude lists and stuff. I got things to do. Don’t really want another social media app.

The gratitude list is what it is. I know on my Samsung when I get a notification I don't want, I hold down on it for a second or three and it gives me the option to turn it off.

Turn off recovery tools in settings.

I think the assignments are just little things to encourage opening up a bit and helping your recovery.

I give gratitude assignments everyday to clients because if you practice gratitude your attitude in life will change but most clients refuse and that’s ok when I got sober I heard if you write three things to be grateful for for 14 days my negative cognition will shift and I truly believe my attitude of gratitude has given me decades of soberity
