Why in my opinion i feel like certain area groups seem to have a hierarchy and think they are better then everyone else! Isnt AA and NA suppose to be a unified identity based on addicts on a level playing field! We as addicts we are to be considered equal! From 30 yrs to 24 hrs!

As per our traditions we are all considered equal. As per our traditions love and tolerance is our code. As per our traditions, the only requirement is a desire to stop drinking. Unfortunately we are all just a bunch of humans with all sort of flaws. There is no perfection in anything. I’ve seen such wonderful fellowship and heartwarming things in my time in AA. I’ve also seen some real 
. I started going to a large men’s meeting recently. I’ve seen the frat boy clicks and behaviors, and I also noticed my “inferior complex, I don’t fit in complex, they don’t like me complex, etc…they all triggered as I walked into the big room of men. I worked my steps they my feelings and I see a lot of what I feel is me. Yes, there are some aholes in the group, but most are cool.
