Why is it I feel my anxiety acts up more at night time then during the day

Less distractions probably.
Music. Meditations. Books. Documentaries. All can help keep my mind a bit focused elsewhere momentarily enough to get good n sleepy.
I try to tire myself out real good during the day with physical activity to combat this as well, so I pass out easier and hopefully don’t have the chance to dwell in anxiety at the end of the day.
Thanks ! Yeah I’m pretty busy during the day , I take care of my 4 month old daughter so it gets pretty busy lol
I’m the same way!! I’ve started reading the Bible before bed and sleeping with my bible open next to where I’m sleeping! It has helped me!
