Why is it so hard to find somebody to go on a date with.

If you are looking for a date, I would suggest trying the dating site of LOOSID. You are currently in the community side, which is for recovery support, etc..

I don't know how long you've been in recovery but they say to wait a year before you'll be ready and that couldn't be more true. Trying to date too soon can lead to all kinds of problems, be careful.

I suggest that you wait a year if you are under a year. I’m almost to my year it’s been rewarding to be patient and do what my sponsor tells me to do :heart::pray::slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks all so much for the concern. I am trading lightly but you know the longing for another we seek is all too overwhelming somedays. It's seems to me like it makes life harder and sobriety even more difficult to maintain. I'm the aspect of boredom or loneliness.
