That’s a much nicer reply than some of mine. 
for a while I was nice and just waved them off, but now it is nearly a daily thing, so I’ve started standing up for myself (something I learned how to do in sobriety, haha).

Understand, and to be fair, I’m sure it happens to the ladies 100 x more often. One thing we need to remind others is the power of mens meetings and womens meetings. All meetings are great, but I love my mens meetings. I often forget to mention that when offering helpful suggestions to others. Either way, I’m so grateful to be sober today…and have this app as another tool

There are a hundred websites out there to shoot your shot. Heck this website even has an area for it. But this feed, and the people on it are here for recovery, so if your actions are not on the up and up, just don’t.

Funny. My friend requests are 4 to 1 women. I'm here for one reason ... to keep my sober thinking on track. Since I don't go to meetings anymore I like to check in for about 15 minutes a day. So with that in mind I won't send you a friend request.

I ask them what their priorities are in their recovery! That usually weeds them out!
You’re not alone. I only get requests from females. All asking by about the third reply if I’m single. Who catfish’s on sobriety site. So lame. Anyways it’s not just you. Good luck with recovery.
I don’t think it should be a concern, being 2 years in my recovery I never really think about the gender of my fellow recovers. I feel we are all seeking the same goal of staying sober.
