Anything that is worth something is always hard. Surrender to your higher power. For me that is Jesus. Best of luck

The start is very hard but that’s why we take it one day at a time. If need be take it at 5 minutes at a time. If somebody would of told me me 4 years ago I still be sober (and happy) today I would of told them they were crazy. Keep it up and reach out if you need help. Good luck💪

Are you in a group Kevin? I really didn’t want to go, but it’s what made the difference. Best wishes, you can do it.

Breaking a cycle of any kind takes time, like a bad break up. It is life changing and it takes time to adjust. I didn’t have the tools to function because I had used for so long. It takes time to learn. 2.5 years later I don’t want to use but daily life is still a struggle.

Stay strong and keep coming back. Vent talk about everything. Tell on yourself. Do all the meetings you can. Zoom meetings are great in person are better. Find people to talk to. Who ever you are comfortable with as long as you are talking. Keep moving one day one hour one minute at a time. You can do this. And you can always talk to me if you need support.
