Wife gave me a fresh new hair cut, and it’s a major improvement to how I looked before. Feel so blessed to have her in my life. Todays struggles were tolerable thanks to her and advice from my sponsor to remind myself that my emotions are justified but to not let them dictate how my day goes and to pray for help when I need it.

Feels good to spruce up your look! You have got a lot of good things in your life, a partner who cares for you, a sponser you can turn to, and the willingness to pray when you don’t have the answer
