Winter Blues are kicking in hard. Staying strong but temptation is definitely elevated.

Winter will end and you’ll be so glad you’re clean and sober to see spring tiptoe in :cherry_blossom::tulip::sun_behind_small_cloud:

It's only 3 more weeks. I hate this time of yr. I start looking in catalogues for what veg and flowers I will grow this season.

After 20 years in Florida I miss winter haha. While getting sick and tired of the humid heat in the summer…anyways my mom always maintained there is no such thing as bad weather, as long as you dress accordingly. She’s not missing her walks even in a snow storm. The lack of sufficient daylight can be a downer though, have you looked into light therapy?

Fight with all your might I try to appreciate Change I can relate I don't regect winter its necessary because if you where always in the right head space you would still be where you used to be no reason to change just ideas :bulb:

Time for some fun indoor activities. I’m getting stir crazy myself.
I put the beach on the tv, cranked up the heat and fired up the aroma therapy and made an indoor beach day. It was pretty funny. Think of something crazy fun.

That sounds so fun! I’ve had contractors in my house for two weeks and will be another couple. I feel like a prisoner in my own home!!

Thanks, Bill!

Hopefully the groundhog is on our side Tuesday :yellow_heart::yellow_heart:

Sounds like a lot getting done. Hope it all turns out great. And that you get some respite.

Hopefully!!

Are there any other temptations that you're not giving in to but that you could give in to without endangering your sobriety?
