Ive been having a stiff neck headache but also noticed racing heart rate , cant sleep, anxiety , involuntary small jerks or noticeable trembles in my leg like im nervous.

I am so sorry that you are feeling unwell. You could have picked up a virus, but WD can be dangerous, depending on how severe your use has been. You need to reach out to your health care provider (with 100% honesty about your situation.)

It is probably going to take a while before you are 
maybe months I don't know your situation.but it takes time for the body to recover usually mentally it could take up to two yrs.but it will definitely come back health and mentally.hang in there brother .
What everybody above said. The first 30-90 days your body and mind are adjusting to clarity, if you feel super sick, visit a doctor/urgent care and let them know you recently got sober and just want to make sure you’re okay. I had an infection I didn’t know about, and they gave me antibiotics- and it took a few months before I felt . Congrats on staying sober, keep at it bro!

My throat/airway was inflamed
Got some antibiotics
Felling better a little
