I’d do it under medical supervision. Trust me. I know by experience. When I detoxed it was at rehab. They have me Valium. Not a single shake, not a singe sweat. Just that and water. Then poof….. detox was over!

I am so sorry for the pain you are going through if you are getting sick do as much water as you can, or Gatorade or pepdolite they even have a popsicle that coolness helps, if you have a even cool towels. A second at a time

My Dr gives me alcohol craving pills that stop the cravings. Maybe yours can prescribe some for you

No problem. Mine is called Campral. Also what is good about them, not sure I should say but if you do end up drinking you will not get sick;)

It takes what it takes back in the day that is exactly what withdrawals were treated with. Thank you so much for including us. It is more surprising when we don't drink, be very gentle with yourself

Jenny. Thanks so much for understanding and support. I really will go to detox center because I can’t do it at my house. In mean while I will do anything possible to not to drink. My boss approved my vacation on April 14 . I took it for detox. My parents very shocked! I was hidden the problem from them.

Please tell me this is being done under medical supervision. That was the only way I could stop because of exactly what you explained. Morning noon and night drinking all sneaking in my bedroom. I used to sneak so many bottles out of the house it was crazy. 30 months April 3rd and so relieved to not be sneaking that poison in and out of the house. Recovery is possible but you need to want it. :pray::pray:

Thanks! I really want it!!!! I have to chose between my carrier or detox and rehab !!! I am nigh drunky. Drinking nights, sleeping in until 11 am, work and drinking again! 3 years!!!
