Woke up this morning I couldn’t think straight today under lot of stress I can’t Focus on my recovery because have lot another appointment made a meeting last night it was good meeting liked the Topic today it going to get better one day at time

While you’re busy regretting the past and fearing the future, the present is passing you by. Stay in the present. Also, read pp420 in the big book, starting with “Perhaps the best” then work on putting what’s contained in that paragraph into action. Serenity doesn’t happen overnight but, practicing this concept, you will learn how important it is. It will come. God Bless.
