Woke up this morning sober and without last night's regrets. What an amazing feeling. My drinking days never allowed this for me. I would wake up with anxiety, remorse, and most of all hungover to the point I felt I couldn't face the day. Today I am able to do just that; face the day head on with a sober mindset. Own the day don't let it own you, is my attitude now.
