Woke up this morning thinking about drinking. That hasn’t happened to me in a while. Have a little anxiety over it. Is this normal 4 months and 18 days into sobriety?! Today sucks.

It’s normal 20 years in. This disease never gives up. That’s when a support system comes in. Make some calls. Keep reaching out. You’ll do fine. You doing the right thing talking about it. Just keep up the struggle. Never let it beat you.
