I often wonder what other ppl do to unwind especially after a hard day

I read, or watch a show on TV. Cook dinner. Hit the gym if I haven't had enough for the day. I'll be back to playing guitar more and writing music soon. I have a TON of projects to tinker with as well if I'm in the mood.

I keep an ongoing easy-to-read/enjoyable fiction book handy, or watch some shows, find some snacks and try to put myself to bed early

Epson salt baths are my go to! And magnesium. Magnesium has helped me so much with relaxing and also having a better nights sleep.

Make a strawberry banana smoothie and take dogs out to backyard to play.

A long walk before dinner. Watch tv. Try to give inspiration on Loosid ap.

I go to the gym, cook, tv or read. Sometimes I like to find a Zoom speaker meeting and just listen.

I like to watch tv or have a soda or a seltzer inside a cute glass. I sometimes like to have iced coffee at night too or a cup of tea!
