I can’t believe 1001 days sober/clean. I finally got on it with step work and on step 10. How my life has transformed through the steps has been incredible! Today I don’t hate myself. Today I don’t have nightmares when I sleep. Life is consistent and fairly predictable.. i have friends and family and a beautiful relationship with my fiancé. Best of all.. I have a recovery dog I rescued after having to give up my dogs before after homelessness happened. A roof over my head, food to eat, family/friends, a car, money in my pocket.. can’t beat it.
