I had to recently inventory all the alcohol at work. My anxiety was through the roof. Cause I had yet to tell my coworkers I was in recovery. I finally told the person helping me that I needed to walk away.

Yeah, I have to do that every month and it sucks.
I've had to walk away a few times. Once, I accidentally had a case of wine fall off a shelf and break. I could not stay there with the smell
