I’m in college right now, double major and double honor society. So of course I take a basic maintenance job so I can focus on my studies. The job is very basic, but what makes it difficult is the horrendous communication. Something will break down, I’ll tell management what to order they don’t order it, and they just say we’ll just keep fixing the same thing. Or the fact that there are 4 departments staffed with 5 people each, yet I’m expected to do the work of 5 people….on the bright side I’m dealing with the sh*t show sober, thankful for that.
