All night tonight I was disrespected by my coworker. She accused me of stealing sales even tho I literally had the lowest sales out of everyone working. I was minding my own business. I HATE drama. I have an anxiety disorder!!!! She kept pushing me and I heard her talking behind my back to other colleagues. She always stands up at the register on her phone all day making no effort or attempts to help costumers out and make a sale herself. Finally at the end of the night, she helps a guest out by helping them find one 1 article of clothing. SHE THEN GOES ON BREAK, I am the only one on the sales floor, The same guest asks for my help and I get them to pick out 10 more expensive items and then 12 more expensive pills. It comes out to a 1k sale !! My highest sale ever. I educated them on everything. Right as iām checking them out on the register my coworker comes back from break and says to put her employee number in (to make it her sale) I said why ? I helped them and she said No i did and the guest is like awkwardly like haha you both helped me ! and My coworker is still like ITS MY SALE so i just say ok and still went on with the sale with my employee number because itās MY SALE. I have been trained that if you are the one who sells a more expensive product is obviously your sale. After the guest leaves I say sorry to her and that I am not trying to take anyoneās sales. (I do my best to try and hype people up to that they made a sale. and say how great they did. I am a very positive person trying to make work fun and a good environment.) My coworker then called me a BIITCH!!!!!!! Am goes on to say if i act like that everyone will treat me the same because iām worthless. I should just leave because no one wants you here. LEAVE leave LEAVE while pointing at the door. I said why are you disrespecting me? She says disrespecting YOU ARE disrespecting ME!!! and again calls me a Biitch. I walk away and call my manager and she doesnāt answer because itās late and we were about to close the store. I text her about the situation and ask to clock out. My manager responds finally saying she will investigate and yes i of course can clock out.

This event rlly triggered me. I have never had some treat me with such disrespect. I promise I didnāt do anything to upset her or engage with this person. She is a straight up spoil blonde rude phone addict mean girl.
