Day 2 this time but I am starting my next 4 days off alcohol free. This is always the hardest time for me since I have the next 4 days off, and its bad “cold watch tv with booze” weather.
Sober end to my work means no hangover on my first day off which means no morning drinking😓. I got alot to do in my house and at least tomorrow I wont be bogged down “needing” to drink for my hangover

Oh it’s definitely a frequent thing of reminding myself of all the many reasons I don’t want alcohol in my life, and having days off makes it hard. I really wanna go to a AA meeting, I just got my equal custody order of my 3 girls so I am clueless of how I can make getting anywhere without them on my days off possible. Church tomorrow has child care so gonna do that I guess lol
