Rode 4.8 miles on my bike today. Grateful for a healthy body so I can do that. Set a goal to get back up to 8 miles a day by 4/4 and am staying on track. Grateful for the exercise that helps manage my mental health. Not seeing benefits yet but I only just got into a daily routine so it takes time. Grateful for patience. Grateful to be sober and chasing my dreams.
