Wow, what a day it has been… Hit 4 months today! Had to appear before the nursing board… omg anxiety! But I got my license back, yay! Also contacted an attorney to start working through the divorce process. Feels good to be staying sober through stressful moments tho. Feeling hopeful for the future

Congrats on the 4 months! Good luck with what lies ahead. Remember, The every day stuff that comes up in life are those tests that we face! They can be overwhelming and put us through that stress we hate, the stuff that makes us want to turn to our “old norm”. The more you get through those things the more you realize “damn, I can f-ing do this!! Keep up the good work!

The AA Promises

  1. If we are painstaking about this phase of our development, we will be amazed before we are half way through.
  2. We are going to know a new freedom and a new happiness.
  3. We will not regret the past nor wish to shut the door on it.
  4. We will comprehend the word serenity and we will know peace.
