Tough day ? Don't give up Niko. Sometimes on days when I feel like dookie I remind myself that nothing is permanent . These feelings are natural...and will pass .
And then I also remind myself if I made the choice to drink something could happen that is permanent .
If I'm patient with myself ...and have compassion for myself....I feel better.
You are worth it

Hi Niko My name is Stacie and I am. Recovering addict. You my friend are one in one and a blessing. I am just over 7 months clean and I used for 20 years. The last 10 hard all the time.
