Yes. Every time I have relapses it always started with “only today I’m going to use” and it lasts years in my case. The saying “one is to many, 1000 is never enough” is seriously accurate.

You know it says in the big book..we are fools to say that we can control..we are here because we can’t. Trust yourself and take it one day at a time buddy!!!
