Yesterday I had a moment after I made money cleaning a house ,driving home I had a huge urge to use,but I said no to myself and drove directly home ,man I struggled hard !
I realized if I cant say no to myself how would I say no to others,so me saying no to myself was the happiest moment to stay clean and sober
@deborah255382 you have made the correct decision.
Part of the 9th step promise states that "We will intuitively know how
to handle situations which used to baffle us. We will suddenly
realize that God is doing for us what we could not do for ourselves."
Keep up the good work.
Thank you , Micheal, as I am grateful for feedback I totally enjoy loosid l fibd it very inspiring

Thank you Crissy I'm just tired of being in a dark place in life and I want more than that
Thank you James, things are getting better for me
Deborah. Congrats girl! The struggle is real. And it's not easy. The more times you say NO, the more of a habit it becomes and then it becomes routine. Even say it out loud if you need to. Repeat it all the way home. Out loud. Scream it if that helps. Good job though
Very true!
There must have been something more important to you. Keep it in your heart!
Thank you for your feedback, and yes, I drove straight home while pounding the word no over and over
Keep moving forward
Good job. Keep it up. Do the smart thing
