Yesterday i was siting in my new roo. And i got this overwhelming urge of anger. It consumed me. I just wanted to feel pain or make someone hurt. But because of this program i am strong enough not to. I just hope i dont get too many more days like yesterday. That was the closest i have come to being to going out and getting loaded
