Here is one of the things I learned:
You are what you consume.
Not just what you eat.
This includes everything you taste, hear, see, touch and smell.
To me its important to listen and watch meaningful and postive content, music, movies, and the be selective about who I am arround.
It makes sense to focus on good things as your brain rewires itself during recovery.
