Can’t disagree with your statement. It took a pandemic to bring mental health to the forefront. Hopefully it will remain a hot topic moving forward, and we will continue to emphasize its importance in our every day life. In many recovery programs we talk about striving to become “spiritually fit” in order to stay sober. I believe there’s a strong relationship between having good mental health and being spiritually fit.

Yes me too m! Functioning alcoholic for years. Progressive disease for sure. I never want to go through my last drink and recovery. I never thought it would ever get that bad! Shear he!!! Never again.
