You know I learned this last time In rehab THAT IF YOU DONT PICK UP YOU WILL NOT USE!! These few simple words sound so easy too do but when I was in active addiction those words were not an option but daily I tell myself this and I keep coming n going too meetings n no matter what I don’t pick up :heart::pray:
