Congrats! I get the boredom. I see that a lot on here too. At least we can remember the day. Maybe it's our bodies telling brains, "Where's all that stress? Cmon!"

Congratulations on 90 days! Some physical healing starts around this time. It allows more mental and spiritual healing to take place. It’s great you recognize feeling isolated. Now you can take action about it! May you have courage to change the things you can.
