Meditation. I start every morning with at least a three minute guided meditation and man it is amazing for the day

yes! have u ever been to the 24 hour NA international meeting!?’

try and make a schedule, take it slow and easy tho u are just beginning to heal! drink coffee alot and keep busy.. if i dont keep my hands busy my mind wonders ive realized this time around!

Start a journal. Just write down your thoughts. It's very therapeutic as well

Thank you guys for all the tips! I’m trying to incorporate meditation and yoga into my mornings and hit meetings in the afternoon. Being bored is definitely one of my biggest triggers so I’m trying to stay busy

Make it a point to talk about recovery. Read about recovery. Live recovery. Find friends in recovery and lean on them. Don't be afraid to call and ask for help. You're not a burden so don't believe that. Love yourself and all your little imperfections.
