My only complaint while being sober is the inability to sleep. I’ve literally tried everything. I’m like an 8 day clock, but I’ve been like this my whole life.

Nope, never.

I'm kidding of course.

Yes, hate it. Went off the sleeping meds because I wanted all substances out of my system, but may have to go back on.

Can’t sleep here either. Tried everything. Don’t like melatonin supplements they make me itch. Any ideas?

Definitely have insomnia sober. I have to consistently remind myself I'm sleeping and no longer passing out. At night when I can't sleep I try to meditate. I also remind myself that if I don't sleep well tonight then tomorrow I will feel good and sleep well because I will be extra tired.

Does it give you weird dreams cause it does to me

Definitely took a little while and I usually have to be exhausted to get a good night sleep, but the more you treat your body right the better it will respond? Try melatonin?

I tryn get in a meditation state, visualize that I am in a tunnel facing the exit. Then imagine myself slowly getting deeper as if on a cart or floating. It works miracles for me and ppl iv told say the same.
