Both! Helps me stay accountable to my recovery! 
Cold plunge, CrossFit and meetings
Both...and run, meditation, meetings, prayer and talk to other alcoholics. Staying in the middle.

Coffee daily, and gym/fitness 4-5 days a week. If coffee keeps you sober, then I’m sober af
Here in Miami the Cuban coffee flows like water. Meetings 4 per week. Recovery is a daily program, so I’m always doing something related to it
Work out and done kinda meditation/reminder on self improvement. Lately reading little pieces of the book "discipline is destiny" by Ryan Holiday.
Coffee. Gym at home after work a couple days a week. I should really work out daily though.
People should go to the gym on a regular basis whether they’re in recovery or not.
