Ok, now I'm almost positive. I'm about to dream of sharks, white beaches, and tiki, and be completely secluded. Yummmm

Girlllllll you get it in. Holy smokes. Are you always active?

I started again when I got sober. Lost 40 pounds and now compete in the Masters 3 class (for old men like me). Been at it almost two years.

I'm looking for more friends like you bro. Not sure if you can tag, but I'll look forward to your posts bro.

Smoking Meat!

You collect sports memorabilia?

I've never don't that before

Do you practice yoga?

We will get that weight up soon man

Gym, helping others and being involved in my Faith

Do you get into service at your home group or anything?

Also do you lift? Or just do cardio

Actually I'm right at 200 pounds now. At 5'9" with my current build it's a good fit for my frame. Also it puts me in the 90 kg weight class if I dip down to 198. I'm competitive there. The next class up is a big jump. My squats and deadlift go from adequate to bleck and my bench goes from impressive to adequate. Also if I carry any more weight then I suffer more in Spartan type races in which I'm not going to say I compete (I'm not delusional) but I do show up and bleed just like the people who are competitive.

There is really a ritual to it and some serious catharsis having a cup of coffee and smelling the smoke in the air. It's definitely an exercise in delayed gratification too.

Yeah, mainly from defunct sports leagues such as the American Football League, American Basketball Association, World Football League, World Hockey Association. Plus a bunch of stuff from some favorite teams.

That's awesome... I have a decent collection. Mostly Philly stuff but a few other cool pieces.

I know it's like an art.... how long have you done it for?

Nice! Specific Philly teams or just a bunch of overall Philly items?

I have a few big name guys outside of my Philly stuff
