Wow what a bunch of mixed emotions. But I’m still sober. I’m leaning in to these emotions. The first forty years gave me a lesson. The next forty I well implementing that lesson that will give me growth. I’m going to be ok.
These emotions ranging from sadness to feelings of failure. I’m going to take some time to heal. To gain more clarity. But most importantly I’m going to continue working my program of AA to the best of my ability. Going to continue to help others. Meditate, prayer and exercise to glorify God as I understand Him.
Prayers sent for strength and clarity
