This is very upsetting. How dare he try to have control over you/your mind. He can’t stand that you’re becoming a better person and living without him. I’m on day 7, we got this

Just don’t open the emails. Delete and then empty it from the trash immediately. It’s very clear what he’s trying to do. He’s an addict trying to bring you down to his level. He’s threatened by your sobriety, he’s jealous that you’re leveling up without him. He can’t level up himself so he brings you down
