I just drink beer and I drink a lot of it I'm afraid to give it up as I'm all alone it's like my best friend with my cigarettes and my weed weed I can live or live without it's not a problem but my alcohol is starting to cause me grief

I have this same problem. I've different amounts of clean time but it always bugs the shot out if me that the urge to do it won't go away. But everyone says just because u want doesn't mean u gotta do so I'm gonna just tell myself this until the urge passes
