Malcolm. Suicide is a permanent fix for a temporary problem. Make the people in the meetings your family. People who truly understand what you are going thru. You have to reach out to them. If you don’t tell them how you are feeling they can’t possibly know. The misery goes away, but you must reach out. DON’T QUIT 5 MINUTES BEFORE THE MIRACLE!!! I am praying for you

Jen is definitely pointing you in the right direction, I'm thankful everytime I see someone spreading some solution. I will say, things will begin to change when you start taking action towards finding a solution. For me that was going to rehab, it planted the seed of recovery, that led me to getting a sponsor and working the steps. True desperation led me to working the steps and it completely changed my life. Hmu if you'd like.
