I made it to 5 days and already relapsed…so disappointed in myself.
Just keep working
KIM don't put yourself down.. Dust yourself again. Take it one day at a time.. You got this..You may want to try AA meetings or in zoom. Just remember your not alone.
I did this a hundred times or more! Just don’t give up. Keep going. You can do this!
No shame, get back on the horse and start over. I promise it's worth it. I'm at 72 days after I relapsed at 31.
Don't beat yourself up.i relapsed many times.each relapse taught me how to improve my program.didn't focus on what has been done.look at what is happening and what will happen with the new knowledge you have gained.
You are here moving forward...that shows strength, courage and determination.
It happens keep your head. And keep going to meetings
Get yourself locked in to some type of program you’re comfortable with and put the same effort into you do towards your drinking and you’ll be glad you did. You got this!
No worries. It is like practice eventually you practice enough and things start clicking. What is really important is that you are motivated. Keep trying.
Kim. I recently went through the same thing. This morning I got up and said ok that’s enough. I also determined what was the reason why I fell of the “horse”. It’s hard though cause I did so well for a month and then things just fell apart on me. But I am not giving up. I have been sober before I can do it again. And so can you !!!
Just keep quitting until you get good at it!!
Get back at it Kim, keep stacking those days! Listen to MJ and the salt shaker analogy — does anyone have a good way to phrase that?
Relapse isn’t failure, it’s a learning opportunity.
Jump back on that sobriety horse!! U can do it!!
We all fall but we get up you if you are able to get up you start over thank the god of your understanding that he’s giving you Another chance at life again
Keep working
You got this
One thing you don’t do is beat yourself up it’s a part of recovery you grow from The experience you have
It's never to late to come back. Believe me, I've been where your at.
It is okay to pick yourself up and start again!
