I relapsed yesterday and I feel terrible. I just need prayer

It happens, I know it’s hard but it’s true. It doesn’t make you a bad person. Don’t beat yourself up. Take care of yourself is what is important. Keep reaching out. It took me over 5 years to stop drinking. I’m at 3 years which is the longest I’ve been sober since I started drinking 35 years ago. It’s a process. Keep setting goals and keep trying! You’ve got this!

I'm praying for ya, Rose.

Hey Rose, You got this! Every day when I wake up. I feel so freaking lucky! Because 1 million people didn’t. Today’s a new day and a new beginning. Hugs :hugs: & stay strong.

I relapsed this weekend. And I relapsed hard. I feel terrible today but there’s literally nothing we can do but start over. I’ll be praying for you.

Rose - be gentle to yourself. Give yourself grace. We wouldn’t be human if we didn’t make mistakes. Just remember how great you felt when you were sober and get back to work! You got this! You are stronger than you’re giving yourself credit for!

Prayers sent. Forgive yourself. Move on and keep trying til it sticks. It's a journey :sparkles:

You got this girl prayers and positivity your way

Fall down 3 times, get up 4! You got this hon. Keep your head up and just take it a day at a time. Forgive yourself and remind yourself everyday why you’re fighting this fight

Rose. Don’t beat yourself up. I don’t know if you have a recovery team or if you have friends in recovery. When you want to drink try to reach out to as many as you can. I had to do that one Saturday and boy I was so happy I did. Start over.

How’s it going Rose? Hopefully you’re feeling better.

You’re worth it!
